I don’t think I have heard Hillarity this shrill and negative. The difference between her and Bernie is that she thinks all hope is lost. We are helpless and will NEVER, EVER, catch up with the rest of the civilized world.
Aaron dropped by yesterday afternoon and we worked on his federal taxes. We got them all finished up and filed electronically. He is happy to be getting some of his money back.
I also got our taxes finished up and we too will be getting some money back. Never as much as we would like but better than having to pay a bunch more. I’ve started on Ben’s taxes and will finish them up today. I had to wait for him to send me some more information.
The state of Illinois is so screwed up they don’t even have their tax web site working so who knows how long it will be before we can file state taxes.
