I’ve tried a couple times now to get a claim for Tracey’s cell phone repair processed. I’m guessing the insurance agent has turned it in but I have to say they are the most unprofessional bunch I have run across in a while. This gal never answers her phone or returns calls after I leave a message or an email in reply. I guess I’m supposed to just trust they are doing something.

We like the insurance company but the agent really sucks. And there aren’t any other agents in the area for this company. I hate to give up good insurance rates and service because the agent has zero professional courtesy —— but I get exasperated every time I deal with these people. What makes it worse it seems to be a prevailing problem with everybody at the agency.

I recently followed a link to a petition web site and, of course, immediately started getting spam from that organization. So I sent a request to unsubscribe from the spam and immediately got another spam email asking if I really wanted to do that?

At the rate these outfits are working to piss me off I may soon swear off all of them. I’m not convinced my email for a petition to the Dimocrat National Corporation is worth the bother.
