The city of East Liverpool, OH, posted pictures of two people passed out in a van with a small child in the back seat. The headlines blare these people had “Overdosed from Heroin”. The picture continues to circulate through social media. I really wonder who the target is supposed to be? Are there any non-heroin users who think heroin isn’t a dangerous drug? Are there any heroin users who are going to even see this picture much less learn from it?
