I’m getting just a bit tired of the #FakeNews meme on social media. It has even invaded the nightly news. The thrust of this BS is that unless you hear it from a “major source of trusted content” you should suspect it is fake. I got some real news for people. It doesn’t matter where you get your news —— Don’t Trust It.
I spent a good deal of time tracking down what was true and false about both candidates and I can tell you major news outlets were dead wrong on many issues. Especially when it came to the past sins of both major candidates. It hasn’t changed.
The difference is now instead of taking responsibility for the recent election disaster media wants to pretend it was “fake news” that helped Twitler win or Clintoon lose. I agree. Only it was the MSM that was providing a good deal of that pablum and still is.

Pelousi has been in charge since 2003 and has very low national approval ratings. Why will she likely still be the party’s standard-bearer in 2018?
It appears to me that the establishment, party elites and apparently some of the supposedly progressive pundits have not “gotten it”, at all.

Hi Michael, I suspect the evidence provided suggests they simply don’t care. Thus the election results. I have had increasing doubts since the health care debacle and at this point I see little reason to believe that most of the power elite of either party give any thought to us “little people” at all.
