I was off to a rocky start this morning. I woke up with a headache and zero motivation to do anything. I managed to drag myself to the grocery store and get some food into the house but that’s it so far today. I finally went back to bed for an hour or so.

I feel some better now but not great. Fall fever? I don’t know.
