I just got a text message from CILCO —— it says, “Animal on line”. What are the odds this would happen three times in one week? Maybe they need to do a better job of shielding the circuit?

One of the topics for discussion at the #RetireeBreakfast yesterday was who to vote for in the upcoming Dimocrat primary. I couldn’t make any recommendations. Since the primary in 2016 I have so soured on the Dimocrat party I can’t see much use for any of them and I wouldn’t feel right advising anyone to vote one way or another. I kind of lean toward Bliss only because I think Pritzker is trying to buy the ballot with money and Kennedy with his dead relatives. Then again I’ve heard Bliss has voted against teacher pensions and wants to raise taxes again. Buyer Beware.
