I looked at “This Day In History”, as I do every day, and noticed that #MerleHaggard died on this day. And today was also his birthday. That just seems so wrong to me. To die on your birthday?

I tried another chicken pot pie recipe for supper yesterday. Tracey & Aaron say it was a hit so another one down for the favorite recipe category. I’m getting a little better with the pie dough but I think I will stick with the ready made rather than try to make my own.

I may have touched a nerve with my posts yesterday. I re-posted both the Roseanne & SWAT uniform comments yesterday on social media and got a variety of replies. Most of them were neutral to mild agreement but I got a couple MAGA types that went off on me. There is no pleasing some people I guess.
