Started yesterday at the #TremontHouse. We took the final car load of clothes, blankets, etc. to Pekin and stuffed a donation box nearly full. Then returned to fill both cars with the last of the stuff we are going to keep. Almost all of it contained in large plastic storage boxes filled with our children’s belongings that they have left over the years.
Noted the two stumps had been removed and cleared up pretty well. There are still some wood chips piled where the stumps were but not too bad and should degrade well enough. Although they were expensive they did a good job and were relatively quick about it.

We took the range hood down in the trailer and made a trip to Lowe’s in E. Peoria to see if we could get either a new replacement fan or an entirely new range hood. No such luck. Looks as though we will have to try ordering a new fan over the Internet. That is becoming a pain because they don’t give dimensions for the mounting bracket.

The think tank, Third Way, recently held a conference in Ohio with Dimocrats, who primarily adhere to the politics of Bill Clintoon, and new recruits, who they hope will counter “Bernie Sanders-style socialism.” They also intend to defend corporate executives and wealthy people from condemnation for their attacks on poor and working class Americans.
