I’ve been having some trouble with my right elbow for almost a month now. Somewhere in the moving and cleaning at the old house I pulled a muscle or threw something out of whack.
I’ve tried liniment, the “tennis elbow” strap, etc. Tracey finally helped immensely by showing me how to rest my arm on a pillow when I sleep so it doesn’t stretch those tendons. It didn’t feel at all comfortable at first but it has helped. Maybe it will start healing a little better now. (And be back in whack!)

Aretha Franklin’s family found eulogy ‘distasteful’
Harvest has begun! At least I have seen the first evidence of it for myself. I was coming home from mowing grass when I noticed I didn’t have to peer around the corn to see if traffic was coming at the SE corner of Broadway and Fourth near Morton. The corn is all gone!
