We cleaned the #TremontHouse for a couple hours yesterday and then stopped at Arby’s on the way home to get some lunch. Rounded out the day with an afternoon nap.

My right arm continues to plague me. I shook out a garbage bag and thought it was going to fall off. Sometimes a simple movement will aggravate it no end. I will have to start wearing that brace again.
