My brother Alan dropped by to chat about this and that yesterday.
Alan mentioned the new trend of the “promposal”. Sometimes I think our culture can’t get any more weird and I’m always wrong. It is crazy how much money people are paying for rituals like prom and homecoming.
We also talked some about climate change and the horrific flooding in the southeast. Most of America still doesn’t get that this is the new normal. And, as they say, “You aint’ seen nothin’ yet.”

I’ve read several articles about the “over pressurized” gas lines that were believed to be the cause of the fires and explosions north of Boston. Not one of those articles actually gives any mention of the actual pressure. It would seem to be a simple fact to include.
Perhaps the reporters don’t understand how to measure pressure? Or perhaps they think their audience is too ignorant to understand?
