I find myself counting the days until we sign the closing papers to finalize the sale of our #TremontHouse. I’ve gotten so distracted with that I decided to put a countdown clock in the left margin so you can count with me.

I just found out yesterday afternoon the buyers realtor hadn’t scheduled the termite inspection. I thought it was already done. And they don’t have the results of the appraisal and their loan isn’t approved yet. Maybe I am just paranoid but I wish they were a bit more pro-active.
