Stayed up too late last night and running late this morning.

We made the mistake of taking measurements just before bedtime and discovered the countertops may not be the right size. Somehow the Menard’s guy hosed up the calculations.

Fortunately they haven’t had the final go-ahead and we can correct this, but it will cause more delay. I should know better than to look at numbers just before bedtime. I’m sure Tracey didn’t sleep well either.

It seems no matter what project we work on, something goes awry.

I think we are going to get very frustrated with having no kitchen or appliances for the next week or two. We went to Bob Evan’s in E. Peoria for supper. I can see eating out is going to get old.

We also made a quick trip to Lowe’s to return the faucet we didn’t want.
