I have to be at the Peoria airport at ten o’clock this morning. Ben is coming back for a few days to visit. We probably won’t see that much of him today as he plans to drive to Jacksonville this afternoon to attend their high school graduation. His very first class of high school kids will be graduating this year. Time flies.

He also has plans to travel hither and yon to visit friends. I’m sure we will see him a few times in between his travels.

Although I manage to capture a great deal of the current political insanity via the Twitter and Political Cartoon sections —— there is still a ton of shit I don’t bother with anymore. There is just so much crazy going on at once it is impossible to keep up with it all. I find myself hovering over Internet links and then deciding to not look because I’m already overloaded with disgust.

Picked Ben up from the airport with no problem. He got on a plane at midnight in Seattle and had a three hour layover in Chicago. He was ready for a nap when we got back to the trailer.

Kiefer showed up around 11 and we visited for a while. They left to go get some coffee and lunch about an hour ago.
