I survived the sleep study. Barely.

Fortunately the technician, Ann, was a very good sort and gave me absolutely no reason to be grouchy. Trying to sleep with all those wires attached was another story altogether.

Evidently I “passed” the test —— meaning it verified what I already knew. I have sleep apnea. Several thousand dollars later and an entirely wasted and almost sleepless night will hopefully convince Medicare.

I’m going to bed. I will get the Blog sorted after I get some REAL sleep.

I’ve been up for about an hour now working on my delayed morning routines. This whole fiasco has messed me up for the day!
