Received a new BC/BS health insurance card in the mail. It had new member ID numbers and a new group number. I called Blue Cross to get a card for Tracey mailed to us and they said she wasn’t on the policy anymore.

I called CAT benefits and was told she IS on the policy but had no idea why the numbers changed. So now we have an incident number and wait to see if they can figure it out. It is ALWAYS something?
