I called #Amazon about the missing shaver and after numerous stupid automated questions spoke with somebody. I hate these calls. My hearing isn’t good, the connections are usually bad and, as usual, the guy spoke very broken English. He kept saying it would arrive today. I explained the web site has said this since last Thursday after it was supposed to arrive by Tues. He has no idea where it might be, but assured me it would arrive. It didn’t. I was sure it wouldn’t. I’ll try again Monday.

The guy (and his wife who didn’t show) were supposed to pick the TV at 1 p.m. yesterday. He was only twenty minutes late. We made sure Ben told him it was heavy and we weren’t going to help lift it. He had a heck of a time carrying the monster out to his little hatchback and trouble making enough room so he could close the hatch. (I’m just glad he didn’t drop it.) We are rid of the darn thing and won’t have to pay to lug it somewhere to dispose of it.
