#RosieRobot stopped working properly last week. We spent a couple hours over the weekend trying to get her to remap the house, but she kept getting lost and couldn’t find her way home to the charging base. Ended up on the phone for OVER AN HOUR today proving to tech support that she was busted. They demanded we provide live video, TWICE, to two separate foreigners with bad English skills. Now we have to send everything back and wait for a replacement. Guess we should be glad they agreed she was busted.
