Around 9 a.m. yesterday I lost all access to the Blog. I finally took a chance on calling tech support later in the afternoon. I questioned the heavily accented young lady, but she wasn’t very forthcoming. I surmise that the recent Internet outage was the root of the problem and that they had blocked access to all “third party” customers. Only letting us back online on a “case by case basis”. I became a “third party” the last time they blocked me because I don’t use any of their cookie-cutter software to publish the Blog. They are suspicious of the old man who thinks he can code and publish on his own. They still don’t believe me.
Anyway, the Blog suddenly reappeared a few hours later. There are still glitches and timeouts, but I can work around those. It seems they still have problems but they decided maybe it isn’t me.
