Bob (and Adam Smith) clearly don’t (and didn’t) understand “self interest” always leads to Monopoly and thus the total nonsense of “Supply and Demand” rarely comes into play. Once you own it all, YOU determine both. I really have never understood the ignorance about this basic human nature. Greed runs the world, Greed is the invisible hand that controls economy.
