The most decisive actions of our life - I mean those that are most likely to decide the whole course of our future - are, more often than not, unconsidered.
In Texas yesterday, Repuglican primary voters chose Twitler-backed state attorney general Ken Paxton over incumbent senator John Cornyn by more than 27 points to be the Repuglican candidate for senator.
We had a work crew here bright and early yesterday morning to raise the roof of the #Carport a foot so we can park the van under it. They got it all done in less than four hours and Tracey (slowly) drove the van under it. It seems awfully close but it fits without hitting anything. This is the last of our expensive projects for the year. (I hope.)
