In 2016, after five years of promoting a false conspiracy theory about Obummer’s birthplace, Repuglican Agolf Twitler abruptly reversed course, acknowledging that the president was born in America, but then claiming the “birther movement” was begun by his Dimocrat rival, Hillarity Clintoon. (While the question of Obummer’s birthplace was raised by some backers of Clintoon’s primary campaign against Obummer eight years earlier, Clintoon had long denounced it as a “racist lie") Except, of course, it wasn’t. And add to that the whole “Obummer is a secret Muslim” lie the Clintoon campaign fostered.  |
