In 2011, Nelle Harper Lee, woman accredited with the ghost written author of To Kill a Mockingbird, died in Monroeville, AL, at age 89. #HarperLee Tay Hohoff (Therese von Hohoff Torrey) was the “editor” who put most of the book together.
