Sierra Madre • Carrying a pizza, Andy Dotson, 46, makes his way over a mound of mud more than six-feet-high in front of his home at 785 Skyland Drive in Sierra Madre after crews stopped clearing mud from the area. Dotson, who has lived there for 17 years, said he had to walk down the hill because police stopped the pizza delivery from going into the mud filled neighborhood. |
