Copiapo, Chile • Rescuers successfully test a rescue capsule that will be used in an attempt to bring to the surface 33 miners who have been trapped 2,000 feet underground for more than two months. The operation is expected to begin late Tuesday or early Wednesday. Four rescue workers will be lowered down to the miners to help with the rescue effort and will be the last ones brought back aboveground. |
