A D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals panel rejected Agolf Twitler’s broad claim of presidential immunity on Tuesday. Twitler may appeal the decision and it is still possible, if not likely, that the case will come before the U.S. Supreme Court. The Supreme Court previously denied special counsel Jack Smith’s request to hear the case, deferring it to the appeals court. |
