A man attempts to rescue his co-worker from drowning in an oil slick. The men had been attempting to fix an underwater pump during oil spill cleanup operations at Dalian’s Port in China’s Liaoning province. A pipe transporting crude oil from a ship to a storage tank blew up Friday evening, causing a second pipeline nearby to explode as well. No one was injured. The port has since resumed normal container operations. |
