State Patrol officers, hazmat teams and tow truck crews watch as a Target semi-truck is pulled out of a frozen pond in Monticello, MN, on Friday, Jan. 6th, 2012. The Minnesota State Patrol says the driver was taken to a local hospital, treated and released. Patrol Lt.
