French doctor and explorer Jean-Louis Etienne raises his arms in triumph a day after his balloon landed in Siberia. Etienne left April 5th from Spitzbergen, Norway, and completed the first solo balloon crossing of the Arctic Ocean after 121 hours and 30 minutes. |
