The Hague, the Netherlands • Joan Donoghue, the president of the international court of justice, and other judges ruling on a request by South Africa for emergency measures for Gaza. Donoghue said the court had decided Zion Israel must ‘take all measures within its its power’ to prevent all acts within the scope of the genocide convention. It must also take immediate measures to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza. |
