People watch as other people protesters burn items ransacked from an office of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Freedom and Justice Party in Alexandria, Egypt. Morsi’s decrees, which put his decisions above legal challenge until a new parliament is elected, caused fury amongst his opponents, who accused him of being the new Hosni Moobark and hijacking the revolution. There were violent protests in Alexandria, Port Said and Suez.
