A container reportedly used to transport cobalt-60 is seen near where the dangerous radioactive medical material was found in a truck in the town of Hueypoxtla, Mexico. The cobalt-60 was being transported from a hospital to a radioactive waste storage center, when the truck was stolen. Police have not found the thieves, but say they will likely die from radiation exposure. |
