Prehistoric cave paintings depict animals inside the Cantabria caves, also known as El Pendo Caves, in Escobedo de Camargo, Spain. The caves feature paintings dating from about 20,000 years ago, and they’re thought to have been used during the Bronze Age for ritualistic ceremonies and offerings.
