Craftsmen pour molten bronze into molds to create the SAG statuette at the American Fine Arts Foundry in Burbank. The 16-inch-tall bronze Actor statuette weighing 12 pounds is created in the lost wax casting process using about 750 pounds of bronze to create an order of 50 statuettes that were handed out at the 20th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
