Bad Acting

The theme of the series is a good one but it is amazing the lead actress is so terrible! I spend almost as much time laughing at her horrible acting as I do following the plot.

She is clearly one of those actresses who could never succeed without silicone and ample exposure of T & A. She has one method of “acting” which amounts to crinkling her face up into something she must practice in the mirror and batting her eyes.

Another where she places her hand upon her forehead while frowning in comical desperation. Really reminds me of the melodrama of the old silent movies.

The industry talks about the “casting couch” as if it were a thing of the past —— I wonder.
