I am glad to finally have the Bi-Pap machine and I am sleeping much better —— but the extortion money is going to rule out any vacations or major purchases this summer. Add to Bernie’s ransom the $620 which is my portion of the $4,283 bill from Pekin Hospital and the roughly $120 initial installment on the over priced breathing machine and our budget takes a major hit for this month.

Not to mention the ongoing fee of $65 a month for thirteen months for the breathing machine. All this expense for the ability to fix a problem that was self diagnosed and a breathing machine that I had to program myself to work properly. This country is sorely in need of a health system free of the Medical Mafia and their outright greed.
