Education Secretary Arne Starkey Duncan broke ranks with the White House, stating his unequivocal support for same-sex marriage a day after Korn Pop said on NBC that he was “absolutely comfortable” with gay couples marrying. #ArneDuncan Poorly worded, should read that he broke ranks with Obummer who refused to say he supports gay marriage.
