The partisan Supreme Court agreed Monday, Dec. 12th, 2011 to rule on Arizona’s controversial law targeting illegal immigrants. The justices said they will review a federal appeals court ruling that blocked several tough provisions in the Arizona law. One of those requires that police, while enforcing other laws, question a person’s immigration status if officers suspect he is in the country illegally.

A photo of a 2-year-old girl crying near the US-Mexico border has won the World Press Photo of the Year award. She became an iconic face of Agolf Twitler’s ”zero tolerance” immigration policy last year.
I posted this on Facebook and it generated some commentary. I am disappointed some people seem to have no empathy for the children. #Immigration #IconicPhoto

#Immigration
Another ass-backwards sentiment.
So far those cities are saying it sounds like a great idea.
Send them. The logic of the racists is so twisted.

A Border Patrol agent delivers a young asylum seeker and his family to a bus station in Brownsville, Texas, on Feb. 26th. U.S. immigration authorities are releasing many asylum seeking families after illegally detaining them while crossing the U.S.-Mexico border. The immigrant families are then free to travel to destinations throughout the U.S. while awaiting asylum hearings.
The first thing that caught my eye was the “Honor First”
on the door. Seems an odd lie to advertise. Then the
words “free to travel” in the caption. Men with guns load
you onto a bus to a destination they picked for you but
you are “free”? Our #Immigration system is very broken.

Border patrol agents process migrants who entered the US illegally the day before taking them to a port of entry in Jacumba, California. Hundreds of migrants who cross into the U.S. each day are being herded into open-air camps, where they have no access to food or water, with some are left to sleep on the open ground in a desert riddled with scorpions and snakes, activists say.

We have no interest or money to avoid leaving
these people out in the desert, but we have
fully invested in the #Genocide in Palestine?

Agents of the National Migration Institute (INM) chase a group of migrants seeking asylum in the United States in an all-terrain vehicle as they attempt to cross the Rio Bravo called the Rio Grande in the U.S. at Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua State, Mexico. Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said Tuesday that his government will challenge a law enacted by the governor of Texas that would allow state police to arrest and deport migrants who cross illegally into the US from Mexico.
