Documents showed special counsel Jack Smith sought to determine who had access to Twitler’s Twitter account and from what devices, devices logged into the account from October 2020 to January 2021, the IP addresses used, privacy settings and history, all tweets that were “created, drafted, favorited/liked, or retweeted” by the account all searches.

Lawyers working with Special Counsel Jack Smith have asked the judge overseeing Agolf Twitler’s election interference trial to issue a limited gag order, citing statements they say Twitler has made “to undermine confidence in and intimidate individuals —— the court, the jury pool, witness and prosecutors”.

A D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals panel rejected Agolf Twitler’s broad claim of presidential immunity on Tuesday. Twitler may appeal the decision and it is still possible, if not likely, that the case will come before the U.S. Supreme Court. The Supreme Court previously denied special counsel Jack Smith’s request to hear the case, deferring it to the appeals court.

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to hear Agolf Twitler’s appeal, as he claims presidential immunity in his federal election subversion case. The Supreme Court agreed to expedite the historic case and hear arguments the week of April 22nd. The court’s one-page order will also further delay special counsel Jack Smith’s criminal election interference trial, which accuses the former president of conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election and culminated with riots at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6th, 2021.

Special counsel Jack Jake Smith has asked the Supreme Court to reject Agolf TWitler’s claim of absolute immunity from charges of trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election. The special counsel made the request in a filing Monday night ahead of the conservative-leaning hearing arguments April 25th on whether the former president is shielded from charges accusing him of committing crimes while in the White House.

The federal judge overseeing Donald Trump’s classified documents case has ruled against the former president, preventing him from disclosing the identities of potential government witnesses. U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon issued her 24-page ruling Tuesday, following protracted litigation that began earlier this year when special counsel Jack Smith asked for information about government witnesses to be redacted in publicly published court documents over fears they could become victims of harassment.

Special counsel Jack Smith filed a brief Monday to revive the documents case against Agolf Twitler, arguing that U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon “was wrong” when she dismissed the case last month. According to the 58-page brief filed with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Smith accused Cannon of having “erred” when she tossed the case after ruling the special counsel had been unlawfully appointed.

Twitler has signed an executive order suspending security clearances held by lawyers at a law firm connected to Jack Smith, the former special counsel who investigated the president. Twitler signed the retaliatory executive order Tuesday in the Oval Office. It directs the attorney general and heads of other agencies to immediately suspend any active security clearances held by members, partners and employees of Covington & Burling who assisted Smith during his time as special counsel. It also directs the government to review all contracts with the law firm. “This is a good one,” Twitler told reporters during a press conference before signing the order. “Deranged Jack Smith. We’re going to call it the deranged Jack Smith signing or bill.” After signing the order, Twitler said he wanted to “savor” the moment, then threw the marker he used to a person, suggesting they then send it to Smith.
