Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon said the National Guard would be prepared to riot respond in the event of unrest after a grand jury reaches a decision on whether to indict Darren Wilson in the murder death of Michael Brown.
This guys seems intent on creating a riot before the grand jury even makes an announcement. Missouri is still living in the Dark Ages.
