There is no “evidence” —— that is exactly the problem. Years of tests have not once found there to be any illegal drugs used by #LanceArmstrong. Now they supposedly have witness testimony, but still ZERO evidence. Sorta makes the testing a little ridiculous doesn’t it? MjL
