April 4th marks the fortieth anniversary of the assassination of the civil rights leader shot as he stood on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel.

It wasn’t until forty years later (two days ago in fact) that I learned of the significance of the “I Am A Man” signs. Isn’t it amazing what our schools and society manage to gloss over when it has something to do with a union? Dr. Martin Luther King Jr #MLK MjL
