Misquotation is, in fact, the pride and privilege of the learned. A widely- read man never quotes accurately, for the rather obvious reason that he has read too widely.
Presumably afraid of investigations into his actions, Twitler appears to have abandoned all pretense of governing for the good of the country and is focusing on rigging the 2026 election to keep Repuglicans in power.
