A Utah judge ruled Tuesday that there is sufficient evidence for Tyler Robinson to stand trial for the murder of Charlie Kirk. “Viewed in the light most favorable to the prosecution, this evidence is sufficient at this stage to support a reasonable belief the defendant is the individual who shot and killed Charlie Kirk,” Judge Tony Graf said in a Provo courtroom following closing arguments in Robinson’s preliminary hearing. |
