Billionaire Larry Ellison has agreed to buy the bulk of Lanai, the sixth largest Hawaiian island, for “hundreds of millions of dollars” according to a recently filed transfer application with Hawaii’s Public Utilities Commission. The transfer of the land’s ownership is pending state approval. |
