I was so disgusted when Duh-bya came to Peoria to campaign for the Boy Wonder #AaronSchock I immediately donated some money to #ColleenCallahan’s campaign. There is just no way I want another GQP boot-licker for our Congressman —— TheHood was bad enough. I was surprised to receive a thank-you letter that actually has a signature on it. Nice. I hope she wins.

Does U.S. Representative Aaron Schock have his eye on the Illinois governor’s mansion? A report Tuesday on the Crain’s Chicago Business website references several sources within the GQP - all unnamed - who have said the Peoria Repuglican may be interested in the post and has been considering it as an option for the 2014 election.
The very idea that this egotistic moron could be our governor makes me feel ill. He is a prime example of just how stupid voters can be to elect an empty suit like him.

I see that FEMA has once again denied millions of dollars in disaster aid to the Tri-County area for the tornado damage of last year. I thought about this for a moment and decided this may be exactly what predominantly conservative downstate voters wanted. It would seem that by voting for GQP Tea-Potty candidates like #AaronSchock the message is that the majority of down state voters want government out of their lives. Well? It is out of their lives. Elections have consequences.

Congressman #AaronSchock’s legally documented residence in the 18th District is listed for sale as a foreclosure. The five bedroom, six bath home is listed for $2.3 million. The 7,236 feet2 of living space is listed as a single family residence, but it’s believed the Congressman has been renting a carriage house portion of the property not registered as a stand alone address.

I had breakfast at the casino yesterday morning with a bunch of retirees from CAT Tech. Center. I had to recount my #GallBladder surgery, of course, but that quickly turned to #AaronSchock’s resignation. I blamed him for my gall bladder attack because it occurred shortly after I read the notice on the Internets.

I didn’t stay long at breakfast because I thought the tree service guys might show up to cut up our fallen tree. Nope. I got a call last evening and they plan to show up this afternoon around 4:00.
