 In January 2025, Ogles proposed to amend the Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution to allow American presidents who have two non-consecutive presidency terms to seek a third term as president. This would allow Twitler to seek a third term, but not presidents with consecutive presidency terms such as Obummer, Duh-bya, and Bill Clintoon.
