The worst of it has been pawned on us by the lobbyists who buy our representatives. Forced car insurance is one of the worst. Refusing to offer reasonable flood insurance to homeowners was so bad the government was forced to provide it and it is the only way you can get it. ETC. Wildfire insurance and earthquake insurance will be the next to go. MjL
